Earning money online is not just about the bottom figure that you earned but also about the care you offer your customers.

1.) Understand Customers Needs - Have your customers complete a survey about their experience with your company after the purchase. Run this test for at least 6 months. You are not going to get raving reviews everytime and thats okay. Find your weakness, if the same weaknesses come out multiple times then you will have to improve them
2.) Easy Access to Customers - Make sure customers have a way to contact you. If the telephone lines are busy then make sure that you have an alternative form to communicate with you. Have a support email address, and you can even use live chat on your website where a representative can reply to an inquiry right online.
3.) Have a pleasant representative answer customers questions. In business it is inevitable that someone is not going to be happy at some point with what you have. Arguing or having an attitude with that customer is not going to get you anywhere. Make sure that you have a friendly voice that can direct them with the best possible solution.
4.) Make your company policies available to them upon purchase - Do not hide your return policies, or defect policies. Have them clear to your customers before they even purchase your product or service. This will eliminate any misunderstandings after purchase.
5.) Be organized with your support questions - Promptness and a effective solutions is always a plus to customers. Don't make them wait a week for a response. Try to get back to all customers within 24 hours or less.
6.) Keep the customer happy - Remember a customer is always right. Your first responsibility is to make your customer happy. Always attempt to come to an amicable agreement to a problem. Your business will have guidelines and you may not always be able to accommodate every problem but try to come up with a solution that fits your companies policies and makes the customer happy
7.) Reward your customers - Its great to send out a little extra something to your customers through the year. Maybe a birthday card, or a Christmas card. But just a little something personal to let them know that you appreciated their business. May be a great promotional idea to through in a coupon or invite them to review another one of your products or services.
When earning money online do not get caught up in the money aspect and forget that you are running a business and without your customers you would not be in business. You customers will be repeat and reoccurring customers if you treat them right. They are also going to bring you new customer just by making them happy. So when you make a sale, think about also making that customer happy and providing top notch products and service. That is where true longevity can stem from.
